BOSS KELOID Release Live In-Studio Performance of New Album 'Melted On The Inch' (Holy Roar Records)

British heavy prog psych band BOSS KELOID have released an exhilarating live in-studio performance video of their critically acclaimed new album Melted On The Inch.

The live performance, which clocks in at an impressive 41 minutes can be watched in full here:

The band recently stunned critics worldwide with an evolution in sound and style from their previously relentlessly heavy psych-sludge to a dominant multi-dimensional progressive force which has seen the band crashing into Metal Hammer's 'Best 50 Metal Albums of 2018', Metal Injection's Top Metal Albums of 2018 (So Far) and Metal Sucks Best of 2018 So Far lists and with no doubt more to come. Now, the band have released this stunning full album performance video ahead of live appearances at festivals including ArcTanGent, Reckoner Fest, Into The Void Fest, Gizzard Fest, Sophie Fest and Hammer Fest with a forthcoming run of tour dates expected to be announced shortly.

Melted On The Inch is six anthemic tracks showcasing a matured, evolved BOSS KELOID, as the Wigan based quintet continue to flirt with new genres. Littered with unmistakably Boss Keloidy riffs, Melted On The Inch disrupts notions of genre and song structure. This is rousing, heavy-tinged progressive rock as BOSS KELOID daringly hold, dip and release the reins of the mighty riff whilst Alex Hurst's bellowing, primal vocals, which are more dynamic than ever, enthrallingly envelop each track. These are undoubtedly the biggest, most intense songs BOSS KELOID have ever written.

Melted On The Inch is now available from Holy Roar Records in the UK/EU here and Deathwish Inc in the USA here

Acclaimed Chilean prog rockers AISLES have released their final in-studio video, for their track 'Club Hawaii'.

Premiered on Prog, you can now watch the band perform here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Bx6OQDPXHo

Taken from their 2016 album Hawaii, 'Club Hawaii' is the last in their series of studio videos.

Celebrating the sessions, Aisles have announced the release of a surprise new EP - Live From Estudio Del Sur, which will be released July 06.

To pre-order the EP: https://www.aislesproject.com/product/live-from-estudio-del-sur-ep-cd/

The band's guitarist Germán Vergara comments: "We knew that 'Club Hawaii' could not be left out of this live series. It's a very collective effort in which we incorporated elements from electronic and Latin music, pop, jazz, and even metal, so as to transport the listener to the future in which the concept of the album takes place. We use more distortion, sound heavier than usual, and Sebastián recites a heart wrenching poem in the darkest section of the song. Personally it's my favorite on the Hawaii album and I'm very proud of my lyrics. When playing it live I get goosebumps every time we reach the part: 'Turn my soul into flesh and soil and blood and waves...'"

Purchase Hawaii here.

A shining example of prog rock's universal reach, the Chilean band, formed more than 15 years ago, have a long and illustrious history; current album Hawaii is just the next step in this band's highly impressive journey, garnering significant acclaim. Previously nominated in the Italian Prog Awards, the band are the only South American group to be invited to France's Crescendo Festival de Rock Progressif. Hawaii is Aisles' fourth studio album, a monumental, immersive, beautiful double-disc journey, reminiscent of CamelYesRushGenesisMarillion and more.
