Swedish heavyweight thrown release their new single 'nights', a track that boldly confronts the turmoil of insomnia and persistent demons, revealing a fierce hunger for tranquility in the chaos. 'nights' follows up their previous viral singles 'backfire' 'guilt' and 'on the verge', which have amassed over seven million streams worldwide, and helped the band achieve over one million monthly listeners on Spotify.

thrown have won over thousands of UK fans over the past few months whilst touring with Fit For A King and most recently August Burns Red. The band will appear at Radar Festival in Manchester this July, and are touring Australia with Alphawolf, the USA with Spite, as well as appearing at many global festivals.
